You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
All UPS deliveries must be made to a verifiable and physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be present at the designated shipping address.
Shipping Rules and Regulations
Most orders will be shipped out the same day if receieved before 2pm PST. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and the item is prepared. If for some reason an item is out of stock, you'll be notified by phone. If anything is on back order, and we have other ordered items in stock, we can send out what we have immediately. We will contact you when the backordered items arrive and ship them to you at no charge.
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similiar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signature of mail room employees receptionists, or similar. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
All international orders must be paid via PayPal. This is to alleviate many of the issues and delays that are experienced while trying to verify internalional credit cards. The listed shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency.
