Return Policy
MyObsession.com offers a no hassle 30 day return or exchange on all goods purchased. We hope that you are always happy with your purchase... in the event of a return or exchanges please follow the following guidelines:
Contact customer service via phone or email to receive a return authorization number – This will help us expedite your exchange or credit as we will be aware of your return coming in and we will easily be able to connect your return with your order.
Write the return authorization number on the package in bold numbers so it easily visible upon receipt
Upon receipt of the returned product we will make every effort to process your return within a 48 hour period. In the event of an exchange, and your product is not available, we will notify you immediately.
If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based upon the total of your order, and the return drops the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we may charge you the shipping cost of the original order.
If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based upon the total of your order, and your returns drop below that value, then we may ask that you return the free gift or if you would like to keep the gift, we may charge you for the item.
